The DCS is a safety net for your savings💡

From 1 July 2025, the new Depositor Compensation Scheme (DCS) protects your money if a bank, credit union, or finance company fails!

✅ Coverage: up to $100,000 per deposit taker on eligible accounts (like savings, term deposits & everyday accounts)

❗ Not covered: KiwiSaver, bonds, foreign currency accounts, or scam losses.

💰 Tip: Check your bank is DCS-registered to make sure you’re protected.

👩‍💻 Georgina Kilmister joined us in late August and is part of Leanne’s team, helping with GST returns and other accounting tasks. George is currently studying towards her degree with the goal of becoming a CA - we’re thrilled to support her on this journey!

👩‍💼 Caroline Ross started in early September and is part of Beck’s team. Caroline is an ACA and will be in the office Tuesday to Thursday each week. We’re so lucky to have her expertise on board!
